If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

1. Check common delivery areas, such as porches, lobbies, or mailrooms.
2. Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
3. Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers may mark a package delivered prematurely.

If the package remains missing:

• File a claim with your local courier using the tracking number.
