- Check common delivery areas, such as porches, lobbies, or mailrooms.
- Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers may mark a package delivered prematurely.
If the package remains missing:
- File a claim with your local courier using the tracking number.
- After filing, contact us at support@restoralabs.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
