Can I Add/Remove Items From My Order?
Contact us at support@restoralabs.com immediately upon placing your order to make changes. After processing begins, modifications may not be possible. If your order ships before changes can be made, you can return items according to our Returns Policy. -
Cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t begun processing. Contact us within 1 hour at support@restoralabs.com. If cancellation isn’t possible, you may return items after receiving them.

Can I Change the Shipping Address?
Address changes are possible only if requested within 1 hour of placing the order and before it begins processing. Important: Restora cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
